Our Free-Range Geese are reared in Milton Abbas, Dorset by Giles Coleman. So you can be assured you’re getting a fresh, local bird and supporting local family businesses in the process.
Giles father, Michael Coleman, became a goose farmer almost by accident when he was given three birds to look after in his twenties. 50 years later their flock has grown to several hundred birds and the business is thriving.
