In our opinion this is the best slow cook beef cut available. Slow cooked into a chili con carne or making a rich ragu, this is the king of the slow cooker. Alternatively, marinate this cut for 48 hours and get it on the smoker and barbecue it. Delicious. An absolute B Curtis favourite.
