Whole Pheasant

Lean, nutritious and really easy to cook. Sear the pheasant first and then roast in bacon served or with a rich jus of red wine, sherry or port and shallots. Our wild whole pheasant is sourced from local Dorset estates and game dealers and hung for flavour.

Each Pheasant weighs in at approx. 600-700g.
