How our Christmas Ordering works

Browse, Add Products then Checkout

Browse our wonderful Christmas products and add them to your Basket. Be sure to double check the weight of the goods being ordered. Can't find something? Don't panic. You'll be able to purchase our full product range on the day.

Choose a Collection Date & Timeslot

Choose a suitable collection day and timeslot to pick up your order. If you want to pick up a day early or later, this isn't usually a problem, but please try to let us know to avoid disappointment.

Pay a 25% Deposit & Complete your Order

You will be required to pay a 25% deposit of the basket total. Please ensure you fully complete your order and please double check it again. We are only able to accept changes and cancellations up until 10th December.

Arrive on the correct Day & Time

Please arrive on the correct day within the correct timeslot. This will help us avoid delays in the shop. If you are running late, no problem. If you're going to be early, please try to let us know in advance.

Pay the remaining Invoice Balance

The remaining balance is due in full on the day of collection. Please note that the remaining balance WILL be different to your order confirmation. This is because we only know the final product weight on the day. Christmas Club customers can use their books against the full balance.

Purchase all other Products on the Day

Forgotten or can't find something? Don't panic. On the day, you will be able to purchase everything as usual, such as joints, sausages, bacon, cheeses, condiments etc. We will have our usual product range available.
