- We are taking Christmas and New Year’s Orders via this website up until and including Thursday 12th December.
- Although this website will be closed, we will still be taking orders over the phone and instore.

- Note: Whole Birds are likely to be limited at this point, but we will always stock turkey breast. We won’t let you down.
- We are taking a 25% deposit*, which will be paid online or in store.
- This will help our customers spread costs and helps us cover ours.
- The rest of the order will be payable on the day of collection in-store. You can pay via Cash, Card, Voucher or Christmas Club.
- The final remaining balance can only be calculated on the collection day, once all product weights are finalised.
- Important: The remaining balance on your email order confirmation will therefore be different to what you are required to pay on the day.
- *for members of our Christmas Club no order deposit will be due and the balance can be paid in full on the collection day.
- We have tried to make ordering simple by providing weight guidelines and weight brackets.
- Whilst we can almost always guarantee your product to be within the weight bracket that you ordered, we cannot guarantee the final price at this point, since this will depend on exact weights, so please bare this in mind.
- Prices quoted are based on the meadian weight within the weight bracket, so you may pay less or more on the day.
- For example. The advertised price of a 6-7kg Turkey will be based on a 6.5kg weight.
- Yes, absolutely. We can do the online part for you, build your basket and check you out.
- You will need an email address and phone number to receive the order confirmation when placing an order using this website.
- If you do not have an email address, we can still take your order over the phone.
- Yes, absolutely. We will build your basket with you and complete the online checkout with you in store.
- You will need only a phone number for us to place your order in store.
- Please call our shop and somebody will be able to help you. We will need to receive any changes before our Christmas order cut off, which is Thursday 12th December.
- If you need to change something on the day of collection, this cannot be guaranteed, but we will do our best. We pride ourselves on our customer service.
- We will accept cancellations up until Saturday 7th December. Anything after this will be at our discretion.

- We have put some guidelines on this website to help you understand the various options and work out what product weights you might need. Please see that here.
- We can help you place your order or even do it for you to make things easy.
- Not to worry. Like a normal day shopping with us, we will have our usual range of produce available on your day of collection in abundence.
- We will have plenty joints, sausages, pigs in blankets, bacon, cheeses and condiments available on the day.

- We will also have a range of Gluten Free sausages and sausage meat.
